Due to my recent health issues – I have been put on the AIP diet. AIP stands for Auto Immune Protocol and cuts out pretty much anything you might remotely enjoy eating. Having already made the transition to the gluten free lifestyle with my celiac diagnosis, I am no stranger to restricted diets, but this is a whole other level.
